Cancellation Policy Understanding
	If you cancel, we will do our best to rebook for you. Refund will be based on days rebooked, if any, minus a 15% fee. Keep in mind that you are booking a home, not a hotel, and we only have two homes available. Once you book, all prospective guests look elsewhere once they see your booked dates have "gone red". It is also a hassle to unbook a house and release dates/ promote again. So please, make sure that you are committed to renting before booking one of our homes.

Contract Language
	The statements made above are true and correct and I hereby authorize the verification of references to include but not limited to credit checks, unlawful detainer checks & credit checks and agree to furnish additional credit references on request. I authorize verification of the information contained herein solely for the purpose of establishing my qualifications as a tenant. I release anyone verifying such information or providing information, from liability. I understand that incomplete or incorrect information provided in the application may cause a delay in processing and can result in denial of tenancy. Once payment is made, the requested dates are contracted for. In electronically signing this rental contract, I agree to the terms of the cancellation policy. Owner reserves the right to switch guests to the other available home if necessary (due to repairs, disaster or the rare overbooking). Guests will never be charged for higher rates due to a switch stemming from HLC’s needs.
