Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel, we will do our best to rebook for you.  Refund will be based on days rebooked, if any, minus a 15% fee.  Keep in mind that you are booking a home, not a hotel, and we only have two homes available.  Once you book, all prospective guests look elsewhere once they see your booked dates have "gone red".  It is also a hassle to unbook a house and release dates/ promote again.  So please, make sure that you are committed to renting before booking one of our homes.
